안양시에서는 특색있는 건축문화조성과 도시의 브랜드 가치 상승 및 도시발전 도모를 위해 안양건축문화제를 개최하고 있으며, 건축미래를 이끌 후진을 발굴 시상함으로써 안양시의 새로운 건축문화 발전의 계기를 마련하고자 「안양시 건축문화상」을 공모하고 있습니다.
